Happy 2nd Anniversary

Life has been crazy busy for us and although time is passing by so fast we are going to try and update our blog more lol.

As Gabe is still in Hawaii working I just wanted to take the time and wish my baby Happy 2 years of marriage! (Sorry I am late on here lol)

I love being married to the man that has been so much more then I could have ever dreamed of. Your amazing and I am blessed to have you as my best friend baby!

I am been super super busy but around Christmas time, The San Marco siblings wanted to do something special for our mom, so we went and took some family photos for a Surprise late gift for her. The last time we took family pictures, Nick was around 3 or 4 lol. So its been around 6 years so we were way over due and this time we have two new members lol Gabe and Johnny :) Well we found Lauren from Lauren Skousen Photography. She did a wonderful job! November 2009

Family Time: In November 2009 Jas, Elissa and Gavin came up and stayed with us for a whole week. Conny and Auntie Jenny came to visit and the start of the week and towards the end of the week Gary,Eva,Peanut,Evita,Garrison,Greg,Cigi,Jess and Boston stayed with us for the whole weekend! Lets just say we had a FULL house lol. We had so much fun just hanging out, playing games, tennis,cooking and talking. Here are some pictures from our fun time together!!

Our Garage only had one tiny light and being married to a Electrician, that just won't do lol. Gabe is doing Wonderful in his Apprenticeship Program about to start into his 3rd year in January. I am so proud of all his hard work.Love ya baby

Sparky!!

We have a new member of the family!! Sparky is our Little Boy. He is 100% Australian Shepherd. My Parents Had 3 dogs and They weren't getting along well, so we took Sparky to come live with us in Vegas. He is VERYYYY Spoiled but a good boy. We Love having him around, he is so much fun and loves to cuddle.

Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Pot Pie!

I love making this for dinner! It is so much fun and easy
(Sorry in Advance, I am not very good at exact measurements, i like to eye ball it)

Pre-Heat Oven to 350

1. In a large pan, add Chopped Veggies: 1 Whole Onion/ Carrots/Celery Chopped in cubes and cook for 5 minutes/until veggies are soft
2. Add 4 Tablespoons of Butter on the side of the pan with 2 Tablespoons of butter and whisk it together.Than add all together with Veggies.
3. Add 2 to 3 Cups of Chicken Broth
4.Add 1 cup of Warm Heavy Cream and mix everything together on a medium heat
5.Add a hand full of Frozen peas
6.Salt, Pepper and Parsley and Bring to a boil

Pour into Containers and place Dough(I used Biscuit to save time) on top (Make sure to dock your dough with a fork)

Cooke for 20 Minutes and Yummmm Yummmm :)

We hope everyone had a great Halloween! We had a fun time decorating our house and relaxing and passing out candy!!

House Improvements!!

Well its been about a month in our new house and we are on our way to making this house our home!!

We painted some walls:
Our pink guest room in now a dark blue,Gabe's Choice :) He wants to make it our game room.
Also we painted a wall in our front room and our dinning room a pretty blue!!
We still want to paint our room. I love paint because it is a really easy touch that changes things to be our style

We also started working on our back yard. We still have a lot of work to but its looking a lot better. We are trying to make it dog friendly since we are getting our dog Sparkey soon. (My parents have 3 doggies and the older dog Pudge has been fighting with Sparkey because he likes to have fun and is bugging Pudge. So my mom called me and asked if we love to add Sparkey to our little family! He is a great doggie so Gabe and I said Yes!! We are excited for him to join us soon!

We also got our First house warming gift from my Parents. Our new couch which we LOVE!! Thanks Mom and Dad :)

Offically Our New Home!!!

We are happy to say, We are home. lol. After the longest 4 months of our lives, we are finally here. We are so grateful for all our WONDERFUL love and support from our family and friends. They really helped us though this whole process still alive. We will be having a party soon :), we will keep you updated on details!! Love you all.

p.s. Sorry the house is still messy as we are still unpacking lol.

My Gamer

Everyone that knows Gabe, knows he is a XBOX 360/Halo 3 lover. lol. Being his wife,I have been sucked in and enjoy playing with him. Well a couple of weeks ago, Gabe turned on his XBOX and it got the 2 rings of death ( Gamer talk) lol Which basically means your XBOX is broken. That didnt stop my husband lol.. after 3 days of working on it... he got it to work as you can see with the smile on his face. Gotta love Gabe. He is so cute when it comes to his XBOX.

House Hunting

As many of you know, Gabe and I have been looking to buy our first home in Las Vegas for a couple months now. When you think of buying house, you think it would be exciting, a dream come true. Although it has been all these things, it has always been the most stressful thing in a long time. A new adventure for sure.Being Newlyweds, it has made our marriage stronger :) Our first offer we made was a weird experience. Gabe fell in the love with the house right away with the lovely pool and all, While i was trying not to get too attached. We wanted to be aggressive and get the house and since the house was under priced, we made a offer of 25000 more than asking price. After a couple days went by and we didn't hear anything, long story made short their reality was very shady and looking to make even more money and lied about accepting our offer so we just moved on and hoped for the best.If it was meant to be it would have. After weeks of looking we found this WONDERFUL neighborhood. When driving to the house i thought there was no way we could afford a house in this area. It really is a dream to raise a family in this community with a wonderful park in the middle of all the houses. We walked in the house and i fall in love!!! lol I walked out and was like Gabe.. that is the one. He was like lets think about it. I just had to have it and of course being the wonderful husband he is.. we went to our Realtor office and signed papers!! Which it began in June and our lease ending in August we THOUGHT (key word)we would have plenty of time to close. We were wrong when our closing date of August 28th came and went lol. Being a short sale this house has truly been a major roller coaster for us. We have put all we and have more into getting this house. I am so proud of Gabe and all his hard work. It really is a huge blessing being 22 Newlywed couple buying our dream house. I just want to Thank him and say sorry that things have been tough lately but i am so grateful that he is by my side to fight this battle with. Love you baby 27. Anyways back to the house, We are all packed and we should be moving this weekend or next.. lol its always a waiting game. but as soon as we move i will post lots of pictures. of course we want a House Warming Party!! We will be planning that as soon as we get all settled in. I want to thank all our family and friends for all the love and support. It means the world to us. The steps of Life.. Marriage.. House... Whats next,Kids?? lol We are working on it ;)

Happy 25th Wedding Anniversary Aunt Sharon and Uncle David!!

A couple of weekends ago on August 21st we went down to CA to celebrate my Aunt Sharon and Uncle Davids 25th Wedding Anniversary Party. It was a black and white affair and we had so much fun. We want to congratulate them on their 25 years.It was so nice to see them still in love. We love you guys :)

WE'RE BACK!!

OKAY.... so its been forever since we posted a blog... so much has been going on and than I lost my camera. But since we are packing.. FOUND IT :) (well gabe did) lol I would like to sorry to all our family and friends for not being on top of this lol but I promise to do my best for now on. Since i missed that last 4 months... quick recap

After Gabes Birthday Cigi, Jas and Elissa came up to our house to celebrate Elissa 2nd birthday. I made a Elmo cake for her and we had a great time celebrating with a messy cake :)

Then came April. We had my brother Joey, 13 and Gabe's brother Coco, 14 up for spring break. We had tons of fun with them. He is a Video I found to sum it up lol

Than came May May 22nd- Went down to C.A. to watch my beautiful twin sister graduate from CSFullerton with a bachelors in English. Congrats Brookie. In the fall she will be starting her credential program and soon be a teacher....which she is going to be amazing at. Ill watch your class brookie if you need help

Also in May, My sister and I celebrated our 22nd Birthday. Is it me or do the years seem to fly by now?? lol I had a great birthday, wish I could be family and friends but Gabe did a wonderful job of making me feel special and YUMMY birthday dinner from Juj and Ani at the Cheesecake Factory.

Over these past months, a lot has happen. But basically its been crazzzzy because ..

WE ARE BUYING A HOUSE !!!!

Your never know until the keys are in your hands but we should be moving this month to our new home. Yes we are still going to be in Vegas but a little further out in North Las Vegas. As soon as we know anything we will let everybody know details and a new address and yes there will be a party :) Love ya guys. Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their summer.

P.S. We will be back in C.A. August 21st for my Aunts Sharon and Uncle David's 25th wedding anniversary party. See ya all soon

Happy Birthday Gabie!!!

I know i am late on this but we have had a busy past couple weeks. March 4th was Gabe's 22nd Birthday!! He was very much spoiled with gifts that he loves. He had a special Breakfast sandwich on the way to work as well as Lemon Blueberry muffins for his whole crew at his job site. I also made him a lovely birthday lunch!!!!The lovely guys at his work got him a brand new Racquetball racket which he than used later that day after work with his boss Brian. They played a couple games. it was really sweet to watch.

Later that night we went home and had dinner and sang happy birthday with Gabe's favorite oatmeal raisin birthday cookie!!!
