Chicken Pot Pie


Chicken Pot Pie!

I love making this for dinner! It is so much fun and easy
(Sorry in Advance, I am not very good at exact measurements, i like to eye ball it)

Pre-Heat Oven to 350

1. In a large pan, add Chopped Veggies: 1 Whole Onion/ Carrots/Celery Chopped in cubes and cook for 5 minutes/until veggies are soft
2. Add 4 Tablespoons of Butter on the side of the pan with 2 Tablespoons of butter and whisk it together.Than add all together with Veggies.
3. Add 2 to 3 Cups of Chicken Broth
4.Add 1 cup of Warm Heavy Cream and mix everything together on a medium heat
5.Add a hand full of Frozen peas
6.Salt, Pepper and Parsley and Bring to a boil

Pour into Containers and place Dough(I used Biscuit to save time) on top (Make sure to dock your dough with a fork)

Cooke for 20 Minutes and Yummmm Yummmm :)
